On the first day, after arriving at Cairo’s International Airport, our representatives will assist you with all the procedures of immigration, visa, and customs. Spend the night in the hotel and we will start our adventure from the next day.
On the second day, after having breakfast, we will start our tour with an excursion to Memphis, where you will view the status of Ramses II and Alabaster Sphinx. Then, you will visit the Saqqara necropolis and explore the funerary complex of Djoser, along with the famous “Step Pyramid,” the first stone construction. After lunch, you will visit the Great Pyramids of Giza: Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus, as well as the enigmatic Sphinx. Our final stop will be at a papyrus center located in the pyramids area.
On day 3, after having breakfast, we will provide you with a full-day tour in the beautiful city of Cairo. The first stop will be the Egyptian Museum, exhibiting real masterpieces that belong to different empires. You will view numerous magnificent artifacts, including the valuable collection of King Tutankhamen. Our second stop will be Salah Al-Din Citadel, featuring many splendid museums and mosques, including the “Alabaster Mosque.” After having lunch, we will visit the Coptic District, the mystical spot of the three Abrahamic Religions. The Hanging Church, Amr ibn Al-Aas Mosque, and the synagogue of “Ben Ezra” are the noteworthy highlights of the district. Also, we will visit San Sergio Church, where the Holy family took refuge after fleeing to Egypt. After this long day, you will be back to the hotel and finally get some rest.
On day 4, after having breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo’s International Airport to depart via domestic flight to Luxor. After arriving in Luxor, you will be transferred to the motorboat. There will be a full-board service throughout the cruise. After some rest, you will visit the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples. Finally, you will go back to the cruise and spend the night on board.
On day 5, we will cross the Nile River to visit the famous necropolis of Thebes, Valley of the Kings. Then, we will make a short stop at the Colossi of Memnon, Amenhotep III’s funerary temple. Afterwards, we will visit the memorial temple of Medinat Habu, dedicated to Ramses III. At the end of the day, you will spend the night on board in Luxor.
On day 6, we will start our tour with Edfu temple, dedicated to the God Horus, by carriages. Then, we will explore the Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to the Crocodile God Sobek. At the end of the day, you will spend the night on board, and we will start sailing to our next stop, Aswan.
On day 7, we will visit one of the most iconic sites in Aswan, the High Dam, by bus. Then, we will head to Agilkia Island to explore the splendid Philae temple, dedicated to the Goddess Isis. Afterwards, we will hop aboard a felucca tour (Egyptian sailboats). As we sail, you’ll be stunned by the breathtaking views of the Agha Khan mausoleum, Elephantine island, and the Botanical garden. Finally, you will get back and spend the night on board in Aswan.
On day 8, after breakfast and debarkation, we will head to Aswan’s airport and fly to our next destination, Abu Simbel Temple complex. Upon your arrival, we will head to the Lake Nasser motorboat. Just relax and let the fun begin! After having lunch on board, in the afternoon, we will have an adventure at the Abu Simbel Temple Complex and attend the magical “Sound and Light Show.” After this wonderful day, you will get back and spend the night on board.
On day 9, at dawn, we will start navigating to Qasr Ibrim, the only Nubian vestige that remained in its original place. In the afternoon, we will visit the Amada Temple, built during the reigns of Thutmose III, Amenophis II, and Thutmose IV. The next stop will be the Temple of Derr, dedicated to Ramses II and the Gods, Petah and Amon. Finally, you will spend the night on board and we will start sailing to our next stop, Wadi El Seboua.
On day 10, we will start our tour with Wadi El Seboua Temple, dedicated to Ramses II and the Gods, Amon and Rahorakhti. Then, we will move to the iconic Greco-Roman landmark, the Temple of Dakka, which was dedicated to God Thoth. Finally, you will spend the night on board, and then we will start sailing back to Aswan.
On day 11, after breakfast and disembarkation, we will visit the Temple of Kalabsha, dedicated to God Mandulis. Then, we will visit the remarkable sites of Beit el-Wali Temple and the Roman Kiosk of Qertassi, built in honor of Hathor, the goddess of love, music, and maternity. Finally, you will be transferred to Aswan’s airport and fly back to Cairo. After arriving in Cairo, you will be assisted back to the hotel to spend the night there.
On the final day, after having breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo’s International Airport to fly back home.
