Located about 60 km from Luxor is the temple of Denderah dedicated to the goddess Hathor is in perfect condition. It has the typical form of the Egyptian temples of the Greco-Roman period; the capitals of the six columns on its façade represent the head of the goddess and inside the Hipóstila Room has 18 columns similar to the previous ones. On the ceiling of a chamber dedicated to Osiris, the zodiac was found in circular bas-relief, when the others found in Ancient Egypt were rectangular. It measures 2.53 by 2.55 and is in the Louvre Museum in Paris.
